Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
